Workplace rooftop pavilion for London’s most sustainable office building
The renewal and extension of this 1950s central London office block features a new rooftop pavilion formed of a hybrid steel frame with CLT infill panels designed, supplied and installed by G-frame Structures. Once complete the scheme will provide 108,000 sq ft of net zero carbon office accommodation providing exceptional facilities for incoming tenants. It surpasses the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge net zero target by 38%, has achieved WiredScore Platinum Certification, the SmartScore Platinum target and aims for a rating of BREEAM ‘Outstanding.’
