We are currently on site in Mayfair for the redevelopment of this landmark building which, once completed, will provide 173,000 sq ft of prime office space and is set to achieve BREEAM Excellent.
To create more useable space, two eight storey atriums are being infilled with a steel frame and CLT floor decks designed, supplied and installed by G-frame Structures Ltd.
