Two new atria for landmark office building in London’s Mayfair
The redevelopment of this landmark building in London’s Mayfair will provide 173,000 sq ft of prime office space. To maximise internal space, two central eight storey atria are being infilled with a steel frame and CLT floor decks designed, supplied and installed by G-frame Structures Ltd. The project is set to achieve BREEAM Excellent, LEED Gold, WELL: Gold and NABERS: 5* and to be net zero in operation. The completed scheme will also feature 8,000 sq ft of rooftop terracing with views across London’s West End.
