We’re proud to be working with Walls Construction and O’Dwyer Steel to help deliver Shanganagh Creche at Dun Laoghaire, County Dublin.
The Creche by O’Mahony Pike Architects forms part of The Land Development Agency’s (LDA) first – and Ireland’s largest, social and affordable housing scheme which is being developed in partnership with Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council.
The scheme, which helps meet Ireland’s demand for new homes by unlocking State land, will deliver more than 500 homes with the majority built to passive house standard.
It will sit within a historic landscape adjacent to Shanganagh Park and will feature a public square with an avenue leading to Shanganagh Castle.
