We’re thrilled to have won the 2024 Wood Awards Ireland Best Small-scale Private Building Award for Teach Spruis – EDEN Architects’ CLT family home in Dublin.
G-frame Structures Ltd were responsible for the design, supply and installation of the CLT superstructure for this innovative project, which is one of the first residential projects in Ireland to use mass timber for the entire superstructure and is currently undergoing the process for Passive House certification
