The G-frame team is currently on site helping to deliver the landmark transformation of the former Fenwick store in London’s Mayfair.
Four additional floors are being built above the existing structure as well as a nine storey building to the rear, both formed of a steel frame with CLT floor slabs designed, supplied and installed by G-frame. The scheme by Fosters and Partners is targeting BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, WELL ‘Platinum’, LEED ‘Platinum’ and NABERS 5* rating.
