The G-frame team is currently on site in Hertfordshire installing the CLT and glulam superstructure for this contemporary five bedroom family home by Gbolade Design Studio | Architects.
Use of mass timber for the new home is part of an overall Passive House design approach which will help the project meet RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge standards. The two-storey, 4,500 sq ft dwelling replaces an existing bungalow, it is designed for multi-generational living and includes a senior-living guest suite, swimming pool, gym and a cinema room.
